Configure your device for messaging Versailles
You can use messaging Versailles on your mobile, tablet, and computer. It is therefore a messaging system that travels with you. Naturally, as it is a professional communication tool. To use it, it is essential to configure your devices for this messaging system. The settings are the same for different devices, but the methodology may vary depending on the type of device. The next step is the SMTP outgoing server configuration for the messaging system. Enter the outgoing SMTP server address of the academy by putting the address messagerie.ac-versailles.fr in the “host name” section. Then enter 465 and SSL/TLS, respectively for the port and security type. Don’t forget to specify your messaging identifier in the “Username” section. Similarly, provide your messaging password in the “password” section. Before validating, check the option “require a connection.” After a few minutes, your messaging will be functional and you will be free to send and receive your messages.
